How much luggage can I take on Singapore Airlines?

After booking tickets, a passenger must be aware of the baggage that can be carried on a Singapore airline flight. Singapore airlines have rules and regulations regarding the baggage that has been described in the policy for passengers’ reference.

Singapore Airlines baggage policy:

  • For checked-in and cabin baggage, a maximum weight has been defined, and a passenger should not exceed the weight limit.
  • No restricted time like weapons, liquids, or banned medicines, etc., can be carried on a Singapore airlines flight.
  • The cabin baggage must get into the overhead bin or under the seat.
  • If the baggage exceeds the prescribed weight, extra baggage charges will apply.

  • On Singapore airlines, it depends on the class and fare of the ticket to decide the maximum limit for checked baggage.
  • For premium and first class, a maximum of 32 kg is allowed; for the economical fares, the maximum weight given is 23 kg.
  • No valuable items should be carried on checked-in baggage.
  • Infants are allowed 10 kg of baggage. The stroller or walker should be included in checked-in baggage.
  • The free baggage limit for checked-in baggage will be mentioned on the Singapore Airlines ticket.
