• Look for the Contact Us category.

• You will get the customer service number.

• Proceed to call on this number and get ready for the IVR process.

• Follow the instructions of IVR to get in touch with their representative.

• When you contact them, talk to them to cancel your flight. They will ask for your flight details and cancel your flights. Pay the charges of cancellation if applied.

You will get an email about your flight cancellation.
